An expert in learning design, Lavanya Gupta has worked with Meta, Stanford University, American Express and other leading organizations before launching Silana Learning. She has a Master’s degree in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University, along with over two decades of experience working across continents.

When her daughter was diagnosed with food allergies at birth, Lavanya spent months sifting through research, gathering accurate information and leaning on her child’s allergist to learn about managing food allergies. During this time, she realized the pressing need for research-based, clear and reliable information across various topics. Her love for learning design, and the need for meaningful and credible content inspired her to create Silana Learning. 

Silana Learning was founded to create learning content that is research based, expert vetted, scalable and engaging.
